We do not offer lay-by at this stage and we are unable to place items on hold. However, we do have AfterPay available for all Australian orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the order once the order has been processed. Our warehouse and packaging team works fairly quickly to get the order out ready for postage.
Please add the item to your wishlist and we will notify you by email as soon as the item with your size becomes available. However, selected items are available for pre-order. The product page will clearly state that it is a pre-order item and the estimated dispatch date will also be stated.
Please refer to our “Shipping” page for all delivery fees that may be applicable and estimated delivery times.
International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties and custom fees. Please check with your country’s custom and import duties that may be applicable with your order. Any import taxes, duties and custom fees incurred from the order is the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer international shipping to most countries through DHL Australia. If you have difficulty with your checkout due to the country zoning, please contact one of our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you further.
A pre-order item will have an estimated dispatch date stated on the product page. Items purchased on pre-order may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Please note that an order with a pre-order garment will be withheld until all items have arrived in the warehouse. Please refer to our sizing guide available for your reference. In general, the garment sizes should correspond to the normal size that you’d purchase. The different countries’ sizes are also available for your reference in the size guide page.
Please follow the below steps to REQUEST A RETURN
Please log into your account and select ‘my account’ in the top toolbar
Select ‘completed orders’
Click on the return item/s of the specific order and select the quantity to be returned
Select a “return reason”
The refund option is only selected if the garment is faulty. Otherwise, it will be a store credit issued once the items are received and inspected on return by our team.

Sizing Tip: If you are in between sizes, we recommend going the size up. IE: If you are usually between size 6-8, we recommend a size 8.
